Amazing hotel with amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness centre, and friendly staff. On my first stay, the staff even helped me with bug spray! I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay. I'm coming back for Christmas.

15 minutes drive to the airport, it is located still close enough to get downtown. I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with hot tub and the shower by the bed and comfortable beds was not a problem.
Nothing that i didnt like.

Above average breakfasts, and polite staff.
Whole place was fairly clean with nice views; easy location still close enough to get downtown. Location just off Santa Fe and historic area of Santa Fe: )

Bed was comfortable. Room was pleasantly decorated and clean.
Layout of breakfast area, coffee dispensers were not in breakfast room. Not a full time associate in the room during breakfast time to assist costumers.

We enjoyed the private setting, lovely pool, & quiet away from busy area.
Needed more lighting on steps between buildings at night. We were going back & forth between our room & son's & it was very hard to see.

we were there on a per day basis, getting unexpected repairs on our vehicle while traveling. The staff, especially Erica, worked closely with us to ensure that we did not have to change rooms.

Pleasantly surprised for a Comfort Inn. The lobby, room and breakfast were clean and updated. For a short stay in Santa Fe, this place was perfect. Close to the mall and shopping which was great.
The pool area was in desperate need of updating. Usually I don't care, but since we were there with kids and for skiing, a nice place pool and hot tub would have been great. It worked fine, but just run down.

It was clean, had plenty of room, refrigerator, microwave was a plus.
Bed was a little hard for my back. The bed frame had some screws or something sticking out...I accidently hit them and they cut my ankle. Ugh
